What you’re buying
Kit IA is a digital product: a prompt library, playbooks, templates, and supporting documents. It is delivered instantly after purchase: your receipt contains a license key that unlocks the /kit member area (online access plus download, covering the tier you bought). Payment is handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar’s terms govern the payment transaction itself.
License
Your purchase includes a team license covering up to 10 activations per key, one per device. That suits a small team of roughly 5 to 10 people, depending on how many devices each uses; beyond that, a second license is required. Everyone at your company may use the kit, its prompts, and its templates in your business, including in client work.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the kit or substantial parts of it, whether free or paid, modified or not. Short excerpts for reviews or teaching your own team are fine.
Refunds
The kit is digital content delivered immediately after purchase: by paying, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day withdrawal right (EU consumer law). If anything goes wrong (access, key, billing), email us at hello@kit-ia.com and we’ll sort it out. If a refund is granted, the license key is deactivated.
Updates
Both tiers, Core and Pro, include lifetime updates. They land directly in your member area, with nothing more to buy and nothing to re-download. “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the product, for as long as it is sold and maintained.
What we don’t promise
The kit is a set of documents and workflows, not professional advice. Outputs from your AI subscription are your responsibility to review before use. The kit says this on nearly every page. Results depend on your team and your inputs; time-saving figures shown on this site are illustrative examples, not guarantees.
Bring your own AI
The kit requires a third-party AI subscription (ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini), purchased separately from those providers under their own terms. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
